How can I get connected to Home or Business Fibre?
- You must be located within our network cover
- Once your area has been confirmed, our technical team will carry out a brief survey, after which the sales team will sign you up for a Picmov account. Once you have been signed up to a Picmov account and you can be connected within 2-5 days.
What do I need to access Home or Business Fibre Service?
Once you have been connected, Picmov Technical team will share a password and log in with you – you can use these credentials to log on to the internet and enjoy Picmov Service.

How do I renew Home or Business Fibre Service?
You will be sent a renewal message prior to the expiry of your service with payment details. Payment can be made by M-Pesa through Till No 5425921 Picmov Solution Centre
